I believe you have to be mentally strong to study in UK because it requires a lot of efforts.

I didn't have to write any exams as part of my admission but I had to sit for an interview with my college administrator who interviewed me about all the past qualification I had and my future goal prospects with regards to the course I was undertaking and I also had to face a visa interview with an immigration counselor in similar prospects. My visa interview was brief and interactive. I was able to convince the counselor about my ambition. Getting an airline ticket was easy but I had to do a good research about cheap and good flight, which I did. Most airlines do not offer student fare and I paid the full amount. But my flight was pleasant. I flew Gulf Air and landed at Heathrow. Baggage rules were tight and had to pay for any excess baggage limit. I was explained about living working, staying and studding in UK by the immigration officer at Heathrow. My college had provided a nice meet and greet service at the airport.

I am quite happy about the course structure & the way it progressed. My professors are highly experienced and I love their way of class interaction. They are very helpful and suggestive.

I lived outside my college; since it is a bit cheaper to live and move peaceful than the city life. London travelling system is the best in the world; so I dint have any problems getting to my college. My library was quite small but still very helpful but I also had to use British library and other local town libraries which are very big. Part-time jobs are available but are a bit tough to get but if you search hard you are able to get it. There was no international student’s society in my college.

My college does have job placement program provided you graduate with high academic grades, but if you get average grades you don’t need to worry you can still apply for lot of graduate jobs through websites or agencies. But its not easy to get work permit on average grades. It’s a bit of luck and bit of hard efforts that would decide about you getting a proper job. You have to be highly competitive. There are other ways to stay in UK like HSMP.
